Who we are

MOHOR SUPERFOODS ("Mohor Superfoods", "we", "us") is a sole proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, that makes and sells Sanjeevani Spirulina through mohorsuperfoods.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, place an order or contact us, why we use it, and the choices you have. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and we will follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its rules come into force.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery and billing address with PIN code, your order details, and the messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email. If you create an account, your login email and password (the password is stored in encrypted form).
• What we collect automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you use the site, through cookies and similar tools (see our Cookie policy).
• Payments: payments are processed by Instamojo. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We only receive the payment status and a reference number.

Why we use it

• To take, pack and deliver your order, and to send order and delivery updates (including the tracking link on WhatsApp).
• To answer your questions and handle cancellations, refunds and replacements.
• To issue invoices and keep the records Indian tax law requires.
• To keep the website safe and prevent fraud.
• To send offers and reminders on WhatsApp, only if you have agreed. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and to measure and improve our ads.

Who we share it with

We share only what each of them needs to do their job:

• Couriers (Shree Maruti, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post Speed Post): your name, phone number and delivery address.
• Instamojo, our payment partner: what is needed to process your payment.
• Our website, hosting and messaging providers, who store data and send messages for us.
• Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta (Facebook), as explained in our Cookie policy.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Order and invoice records are kept for the period Indian tax laws require. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, payments go through Instamojo, and only the people who need your data to serve you can see it. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we work to protect it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, update or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time. Some records (such as invoices) must be kept by law. To make a request, write to mohorsuperfoods@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 77096 90006.

Children

Our website and products are bought by adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use mohorsuperfoods.in or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. "We", "us" and "Mohor Superfoods" mean MOHOR SUPERFOODS, Pune, Maharashtra.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order. We deliver only to addresses in India.

Our products

Sanjeevani Spirulina capsules and Spirulina Laddu are food supplements, not medicines. Please read the label and our Disclaimer before use. Spirulina Laddu contains peanuts. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may change from time to time.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). The total you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
• Delivery is free across India.
• You pay online through Instamojo, by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• We do not offer coupon codes at present.
• If a product is shown at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid.

Orders

When you place an order you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund the full amount you paid.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is explained in our Shipping policy. Cancellations, damaged or wrong items and refunds are explained in our Refund & cancellation policy. Both are part of these terms.

Invoices

We send an invoice with every order. A GST invoice is available on request. GSTIN: 27BPVPK9249C1ZB.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Reviews and messages

Reviews you send must be honest and about your own experience. We publish a review or photo with your name only with your permission.

Our content

The text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to MOHOR SUPERFOODS. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

Using the website

Do not misuse the website — for example by trying to break its security, placing fake orders or copying its content with automated tools.

Our responsibility

We take care to describe our products correctly and deliver them safely. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order applies to that order.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India, including Jammu & Kashmir and the North-East. We do not ship outside India.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order.

When we dispatch

We hand your order to the courier within 24–48 hours, Monday to Saturday. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Couriers and tracking

We send your parcel with Shree Maruti, DTDC, Blue Dart or India Post Speed Post, depending on your PIN code. We send you the tracking link on WhatsApp within 24 working hours of dispatch.

Changing your address

Message us as soon as possible. We can change the address only before the shipping label is printed.

If a parcel can't be delivered

If the courier can't deliver your parcel and it comes back to us, we can send it again if you pay the delivery charge again, or refund your order minus the payment-gateway charges.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 24 hours of delivery — see our Refund & cancellation policy.

Returns and exchanges

Our products are food products, so for your safety we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or an item is wrong or missing, we will refund or replace it. Send us on WhatsApp (+91 77096 90006), within 24 hours of delivery:

1. a photo of the packing slip,
2. a photo of the product, and
3. the unboxing video.

The pack does not need to be unopened.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp. We refund the amount minus the payment-gateway charges. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

Orders we cancel

If we cancel your order (for example, a product is out of stock), we refund the full amount you paid.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the same payment method you used, within 3 working days of approval. If money was deducted but your order did not go through, we refund it within 3 working days.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we can send it again if you pay the delivery charge again, or refund your order minus the payment-gateway charges.

What cookies are

• Essential cookies: keep your cart, checkout and login working and keep the site secure. The site does not work properly without them.

A food supplement, not a medicine

Sanjeevani Spirulina is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Not for medicinal use.

Before you take it

• If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first.
• Do not take more than the dose on the label: 1 g a day (2 capsules or 1 Laddu), one format a day. For children, follow the children’s dose on the label.
• Spirulina Laddu contains peanuts.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Results and reviews

Results differ from person to person. Reviews on our website are the personal experiences of individual customers.

Lab reports

Lab results on our website (Kulkarni Food & Water Testing Laboratory, Pune, April 2026) refer to the batch that was tested. Our spirulina is tested by an NABL accredited lab.
