Avoid tea or coffee for at least one hour before and after taking Sanjeevani Spirulina. They reduce how well the nutrients are absorbed.

We grow the spirulina and make the powder at our farm near Pune. The Laddus are made for us by Kulkarni Foods (FSSAI Lic. No. 11522037000297) and the capsules by a partner manufacturer.
